Cultural Guide

As Tenchi Muyo! and its various spin-offs take place in Japan or a Japanese-influenced setting, they are loaded with elements of traditional and modern Japanese culture, from clothing and food to language and mythology. This section of the guide presents you with some snippets of information about Japanese life that you'll come across in the various Tenchi series.

This is an ongoing project, and new entries are added as and when I encounter things that I feel need explaining and when sufficient information is available.
