Tenchi Universe
TV Series Characters

Yosho Yosho
alternative spelling: Yousho
遥照
In the Tenchi Universe series, Yosho is a legendary Juraian warrior who disappeared hundreds of years previously. After Ayeka and the others are accused of treason, a man claiming to be Yosho reappears and claims the title of emperor of Jurai, but Ayeka suspects he may not be all that he appears...
Japanese Voice: Takehito Koyasu
English Voice: Matt K. Miller

Azaka and Kamidake Azaka & Kamidake
阿座化 火美猛

The two legendary knights, Azaka and Kamidake, protected the life of the first emperor of Jurai. Laid to rest in a sacred area of Juraian territory after their deaths, they have lain undisturbed for hundreds of years. They are revived when Yosho calls on them to help in the fight against Kagato, and Ayeka's guardians sacrifice themselves to resurrect them. Ayeka's guardians were named after these two legendary knights, and even share the same personalities as their namesakes.
Japanese Voices: Azaka - Kenichi Ogata
Kamidake - Wataru Takagi
English Voices: Azaka - Phil Fox
Kamidake - Mark Tracy

Kagato Kagato
alternative spelling: Kagatou

神我人
In Tenchi Universe, Kagato returns as the main villain again (albeit with a different character design). This time, he is a Juraian warrior, cast out after using his Jurai powers for evil purposes. He returns from exile posing as the legendary warrior Yosho, who has also long disappeared, and claims to be the rightful heir to the title of emperor of Jurai.
Japanese Voice: Norio Wakamoto
English Voice: Micheal Scott Ryan

Nagi Nagi
那岐
Nagi is an interstellar bounty hunter; ruthless, cunning and as-yet unbeaten. Her current target is Ryoko, and Nagi arrives on Earth wielding her laser sword and energy whip with the intent of besting her in combat and collecting the bounty on her. Like Ryoko, she flies a cabbit-ship (hers is called Ken-Ohki), and is easily as skilled, if not more so, than her latest bounty. A real force to be reckoned with.
Japanese Voice: Mizue Ōtsuka
English Voice: Julia Demita

Ken-Ohki Ken-Ohki
alternative spelling: Ken-Oh-Ki, Kenohki, Ken-Ou-Ki

眷皇鬼
As if having one cabbit around was not enough, Tenchi Universe introduces us to Ken-Ohki, another cabbit capable of transforming into a spaceship. Ken-Ohki is owned by the bounty hunter Nagi, and like Ryo-Ohki, he loves carrots. He is a big softy at heart, and a real gentleman (gentlecabbit?) with a deep affection for Ryo-Ohki (the two of them even go on a date in episode 20!).
Japanese Voice: Akiko Yajima
English Voice: ?

Tetta and Tessei Tetta & Tessei (Episode 25)
哲多 哲清
Like the legendary knights Azaka and Kamidake, Tetta and Tessei are charged with the duty of protecting the emperor of Jurai. However, they work for Kagato, who has usurped the current emperor claiming to be the rightful heir. Although Tetta and Tessei are easily as skilled as Azaka and Kamidake, it is only the original knights' courage and nobility that can lead them to defeat their evil counterparts.
Japanese Voices: Tetta - Yoshio Kawai
Tessei - Shinichiro Miki
English Voices: ?

Mitsuki Mitsuki (Episodes 15, 26)
満苛
An officer in the special investigations division, Mitsuki is one of Kiyone's ex-classmates from Galaxy Police academy. A dedicated policewoman, she is somewhat arrogant and bigheaded. Aside from increasing Kiyone's frustrations with tales of her and her classmates' successful careers, she later tries to arrest Kiyone when her connection with the fugitive Juraian princesses is discovered.
Japanese Voice: Yuka Koyama
English Voice: Debi Derryberry

Mirei Mirei (Episode 18)
美零
Appearing only once in episode 18 of Tenchi Universe, Mirei is a ghostly young girl who appears one night in Sasami's bedroom and asks her to come and play with her aboard her spaceship. Like Sasami, Mirei is joyful and loving, but she has lived alone aboard her ship for many years. Mirei can transport herself through mirrors, and can change her surroundings with a wave of her hand. Her name literally means "beautiful nothing".
Japanese Voice: Hiroko Konishi
English Voice: Debi Derryberry

Amarube and Yura Amarube & Yura (Episode 19)
峠部 由良
Amarube and Yura are a pair of teenage delinquents who, between working at a beef-bowl restaurant on a space station, cause as much trouble as possible. They steal Kiyone's shuttle Yagami from the docks in order to sell it, but find that because the usual occupants of the ship are presently on the most-wanted list, they have bitten off more than they can chew. Before long the entire Galaxy Police is on their tail!
Japanese Voices: Amarube - Tsutomu Kashiwakura
Yura - Yūko Nagashima
English Voices: Amarube - ?
Yura - Debi Derryberry

Sasami and Ayeka's Uncle Sasami & Ayeka's Uncle
When the gang are on the run from the Juraian military, their progress to Jurai to prove their innocence is impeded by the checkpoints around Juraian space. Luckily, they have some assistance in the form of the princesses' uncle, who works at the checkpoint. His assistant Sagami also helps them in their passage into Juraian territory.
Japanese Voice: Ikuya Sawaki
English Voice: ?

Sagami Sagami
相模

Initially coming across as a shameless flirt, Sagami is in fact a mysterious benefactor acting under the orders of the princesses' kindly uncle. When the gang attempt to pass undetected through a checkpoint on the border of Juraian territory, he manages to help them out by keeping the guards off their tails for long enough to escape.
Japanese Voice: Akafumi Endō
